Job Description**

**Responsibilities:**


+ Work with key customers to identify key technological gaps and product needs in U.S. Government Safety & Security market

+ Work with R&D technical leadership to define customer needs and vet potential technical solutions and path forward for our dosimetry products

+ Set radiation monitoring roadmap

+ Provide feedback to technical team on design intent and execution for core U.S. Government markets

+ Provide detailed competitive information regarding products serving U.S. Government in core and adjacent FSI markets

+ Application Support for Nuclear & Medical

+ Work with key customers to identify key technological gaps and product needs in U.S. Government Safety & Security market

+ Work with R&D technical leadership to define customer needs and vet potential technical solutions and path forward


**Minimum Qualifications:**


+ Experience with dosimetry is highly desired.

+ Technical background and education (degree or equivalent) in a technical discipline (engineering, physics, chemistry, etc.)

+ Minimum 5 years of project management experience, or previous management directing cross-functional teams. PMP Certification is a plus.

+ Ability to understand the financial aspects of larger, technically oriented and multi-concurrent project business.

+ Experience utilizing lean manufacturing principles.

+ Must be able to travel globally up to % of the time

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen.


**Preferred Qualifications:**


+ Experience managing government contracts, and with large scale, multi-year contracting

+ 10 years of Experience working on a global engineering or technical team across multiple time zones.

+ BS in Engineering

+ Approximately 30% travel
